By accessing or using Trade with Trust (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Trade with Trust is a social platform where active traders share verified trade history. Trades are verified either by (a) a live, read-only broker API connection, or (b) trade data extracted by AI from user-uploaded brokerage statements. The Service allows users to connect supported brokers, upload statements, review extracted or synced trades, and optionally publish them to a public feed.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Trade with Trust is a social platform, not a brokerage, advisor, or financial institution. Verified P&L displayed on the platform represents historical performance only and does not predict or guarantee future results.
Nothing on the Service constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Content posted by other users is their personal opinion and trade history — not a recommendation. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and should consult a licensed professional before making any investment.
Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not indicate future returns.

Trade with Trust verifies trades in two ways: (a) by syncing data from your broker via a read-only API connection, and (b) by extracting trade data from user-uploaded brokerage statements using AI. While we strive for accuracy, neither automated extraction nor third-party data feeds are perfect. You are responsible for reviewing trades — whether synced or extracted — before posting them publicly. You are solely accountable for the accuracy of any trades you choose to publish under your profile.
Live broker connections are strictly read-only. Trade with Trust cannot place trades, transfer funds, or modify your broker account in any way. You may disconnect a linked broker at any time from Settings.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we extract, store, and never touch.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account; doing so permanently removes your profile, trades, and uploaded files within 24 hours.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trade with Trust and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or trading losses, arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
